Delivery

Paintings can be delivered to all regions of the Russian Federation, as well as around the world. To find out if international delivery is available for your address, please mail to artbykovalli@gmail.com

Paintings available ​

All paintings will be delivered to the customer as soon as possible rolled up in a tube or in a special wooden box.

​

Bespoke paintings​

Paintings made to order are dispatched within 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays. If you need urgent delivery, please write to artbykovalli@gmail.com

Paintings outside the Russian Federation are sent via DHL / Russian Post, Pony Express, etc. Tracking information will be emailed to you when submitting your order.

Shipping Cost (Russia & International Shipping)

Shipping costs are calculated based on location. Delivery within St. Petersburg is free within 1-2 business days.  Delivery to other cities of Russia is carried out through TC SDEK. Delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Delivery cost to the regions of Russia, incl. Moscow and Moscow region. - 1000 rubles.

All artworks are signed on the back side and accompanied with a certificate of authenticity. Wire attached.
Protective coat of gloss varnish applied.

 

Please note that when delivering outside the Russian Federation, the customs authorities may charge additional duties from the buyer. Responsibility for their payment rests with the buyer.

f you received an artwork that was damaged during the delivery, then please get in touch with us. We’ll make a decision on restoration or replacement of the artwork.​

To start the refund process, write to artbykovalli@gmail.com. As soon as we receive your e-mail, we will provide you with detailed instructions.

Please note: unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping charges on any orders unless the item is damaged.
